Visitor Promotion and Marketing

We have an extensive promotional campaign in place to ensure that we are able to attract an estimated 50,000 visitors.

Choice FM and London Metro, our media partners, will be promoting the event across their print, broadcast and online publications.

Regular direct mail, email marketing and telephone contact with every school, college and youth group across London and the South East started in 2007 and will continue up to the event.

The promotional campaign will include extensive advertising and editorial coverage across newspapers and radio, website and email marketing, outdoor advertising, PR and a poster and leaflet campaign.

We will provide financial assistance towards the cost of coach or other travel for groups.

Skills London 2008 will be supported and promoted through Local Authorities, Connexions and other organisations.
